- Standard Rates range from $200 to $450 per night in the Cottages and $750 – $1000 for Evanslea House. A minimum 2 night stay applies on regular weekends and minimum 3 night stay on long weekends.
- Discount rates and special package offers are also available.
- Discounts available for self-contained, mid-week stays and long stays (3 consecutive nights or longer). Corporate midweek rates are also available – contact us for details.
- Check in is 2pm and Check out is 10am unless previous arrangements are made with us at Evanslea. Please see Terms and Conditions for further information.

Direct Bookings by Phone or Email
By making a booking directly with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- At the time of booking, full payment of total tariff is required
- Notification of cancellation or changes is required via phone or email
- If you cancel up to14 days before the booked date, 50% of the tariff you paid will be refunded. However, the reservation may be rescheduled at no cost to another equivalent period, subject to availability and within 3 months
- If you cancel less than 14 days before the booked date, full tariff is paid and there is no refund
- If you fail to arrive full tariff is paid
- A copy of these terms and conditions will be included in your booking confirmation email
Online Bookings
By making a booking online with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- At the time of booking, full payment of the total tariff is required
- Notification of cancellation or changes is required in writing via email
- If you cancel up to 20 days before the booked date, 50% of the tariff you paid will be refunded. However, the reservation may be rescheduled at no cost to another equivalent period, subject to availability and within 3 months
- If you cancel less than 20 days before the booked date, full tariff is paid and there is no refund
- If you fail to arrive full tariff is paid
- A copy of these terms and conditions will be included in your booking confirmation email
Conditions of Use
- Guests may be charged for extra cleaning, repair, replacements or damage to the cottage during their stay
- No smoking is permitted in the cottages but smokers may use the ashtrays outside
- A fee of $100 applies for check-outs after 12pm unless prior arrangements have been made
